Refund Policy

Event Cancelation by Explore Tour & More

Explore Tour & More reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Explore Tour & More cancels an event (not related to inclement weather), registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event (not related to inclement weather), registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancelation by Participant

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, all registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event and cancelations received after the event will not be eligible for a refund. If you would like to request a refund due to a special circumstance, all refund requests must be made by the intended attendee or credit card holder and must be made in writing. All requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

On-site Registration / Late Registration

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, on-site registrants are subject to an additional $10 administrative fee on top of the normal rate. In certain circumstances, on-site registrants may be denied due to maxed group capacity and/or other safety-related issues.
